Consular Service
Consular service by the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin include:
- Certificate of Civil Registration (Marriage, Divorce, Birth, Death)
- Documents’ Legalization
- Passport and Emergency Travel Documents (only for Indonesian citizens)
- Passport Data Amendment (only for Indonesian citizens)
- Registering Residence (only for Indonesian citizens)
- Visa regulation and information
The applicant or their agent submits the complete set of documents at the Consular Services Counter at the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin. Applications must be submitted between Monday and Friday from 09:30 – 12:30, except for Indonesian public holidays and Germany.
No appointment is required to submit your application.

Always use registered mail when sending your application. You could also contact the Embassy of your document is ready for collection. You can ask to receive proper service; you have to attach a self returning envelope (registered) with the stamp attached.
Consular Fees
Consular fee payments must be made via bank transfer or deposit to our account as follows:

Specify the reason for payment using the following format:
Payment_Type Name of Requested Service Applicant
(example: Payment_Legalization Abc Oy)
The embassy cannot accept cash or credit card payments for its services. Any requests for consular services for which payment is not made via bank transfer or deposit will be returned to the applicant, and the application will not be processed.
Please note that after payment is made, the fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
