The Directorate General of Immigration has introduced an electronic visa application that can be completed online at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/ . The website also provides information on all visa types and their procedures, as well as online resources (Livechat at: www.imigrasi.go.id , E-mail: visa@imigrasi.go.id , or: evoa@imigrasi.go.id) to assist with any queries or issues.
Holders of a German Temporary Passport and non-German nationals with a residence permit in Germany, whose country is not registered on the list of electronic visas-on-arrival, can apply for a visa in advance at the Indonesian representation in Germany (Consulate General in Frankfurt/Hamburg or Embassy in Berlin).
